BRIDAL AFFAIR FLOOR PLAN.pdf

Dear Vendors,

We are very excited to be working with you this year for the 23nd Annual Bridal Affair! We are striving to make this year’s show the best yet and we thank you all in advance for your cooperation.

There are still seminar spots available for this year. If you are interested in doing a seminar, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get your business name on the seminar schedule.

Regarding grand prizes, please remember that ALL prizes need to be a tangible item. What you donate is considered a gift and should not be used as a sales tool. There should be no strings attached to it in any way, shape or form. Some brides plan at least 2 years ahead of their wedding, so there should not be any time restraints on the prizes as well.

Be sure to listen to the radio and television ads, as well as the newspaper coverage the show will be receiving in the next couple of weeks. We will be featured on WLFI News Channel 18 before and during the show. Channel 18 will also be running commercials to promote the event. There will also be advertisements in the Journal and Courier as well as other local newspapers. Our radio campaign includes B102.9, 93.5 The Rocket, and many other radio stations.

CHECK IN PROCEDURES

Upon arriving at University Inn on Friday, January 8th you will need to drive around to the loading dock in the back of the building. University Inn will not permit entry through the front doors of the building to unload, so you must go through the back entrance. The doors for vendor registration and unloading will not be open before 6:30 pm on the 9th.
